Domestic Lotto Lottery System Export to Kenya, Africa
Korea's lottery system is exported to Kenya, Africa.
WindyPlan Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Hyung-ju), a consortium of Nanum Lotto, has signed a contract with Kenya's SIMBA INTERNATIONAL to supply a domestic lottery system (terminal, solution, server integrated) and secured an export contract worth a total of $9 million (KRW 100 billion). Lotto lottery tickets will be issued in Kenya in the second half of this year by building a multi-system and including the provision of 2,000 terminals.
Taking into account Kenya's position as a key country in East Africa, WindyPlan exports a system that has not yet been launched domestically. The multi-system, capable of issuing both lottery tickets and 'Sports Toto' simultaneously with a single terminal. In addition, 'Numbers' and 'Kino', which have high purchase rates in Europe and Southeast Asia, are also released.
WindyPlan was the first company to localize the Korean Lotto lottery system in 2011 in response to the ‘Bid for Localization of Lotto Lottery System’ ordered by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and is a strong company that issued lottery tickets with its own technology in Mongolia in 2004 and Peru in 2010. Currently, it is entrusted by the Ministry of Economy and Finance to operate the Korean Lotto through the ‘Nanum Lotto’ consortium, managing the Nanum Lotto system.
