Nanum Lotto Consortium, where Eugene Corporation (CEO Yoo Kyung-sun) is the largest shareholder, has been decided as the preferred bidder for the upcoming lottery consignment business for the next trustee.


According to the announcement of the bidding results for the selection of the next lottery trustee on the 14th by the Korea ON-line E-Procurement System(KONEPS), Nanum Lotto Consortium was slightly ahead of the United Lottery Consortium (0.4806 points) in the overall score combined with price and technology evaluation scores.


As a result, Nanum Lotto Consortium was selected as the preferred bidder for the next lottery trustee, set to integrate and operate three type of lotteries-online lottery(Lotto), printed lottery, and electronic lottery- applying domestic systems for the first time by 2018.

A representative of the Nanum Lotto Consortium mentioned, "The successful execution of the 2nd online lottery consignment project and the efforts to promote the spirit of sharing seem to have received favorable evaluations."

The Nanum Lotto Consortium, composed of major shareholder Eugene Corporation along with NongHyup Bank, Daewoo Information System, WindyPlan, Intralot, and other mid-sized companies with extensive lottery experience, will sign the main contract within the next few weeks and begin full-scale preparations in time for the start of the 3rd integrated lottery trustee project scheduled to begin on December 2.
