    Accounting Manager

    Accounting Manager(1)

    Full-time 08:00~17:00 (8 hours) Mon to Fri (5d/week)
    Job Duties & Responsibilities
    Able to organize the expense receipts by month and forward them to the Accounting Office.
    Able to book according to IFRS.
    Able to do any withholding taxes for the payment of salaries and rental fees of employees.
    Able to familiar with the Annual Tax Incentive Report (ATIR) and Annual Benefits Report (ABR).
    Able to communicate with accounting firm regarding any of the following:
    Annual Financial Statements (AFS), General Information Sheets (GIS), BIR Form 1702MX, and BIR Form 1709.
    Able to open the online account and process the foreign remittance.
    Job Requirements
    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
    Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / AICPA accreditation(preferred).
    At least 2 years of experience in the related field.
    Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities
    Manage Local Employees :
    Manage time and attendance.
    Manage work schedules.
    Schedule and Manage remaining additional leave usage.
    Create and report on payslips.
    Enroll new hires in related insurance.
    Settle severance pay for leavers.
    Prepare and submit CEZA employee statements at the beginning of each month.
    Manage employee recruitment Facebook account and create job postings.
    Sign and scan employment contracts upon hiring & reporting.
    Support Foreign Employees :
    Report Annual Philippine holiday schedule.
    Report changes in HR policies.
    Collect information on foreign employee visas from DOLE.
    Job Requirements
    BS Degree in HR, Management, Philosophy, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Law or any related course.
    Knowledge in recruitment processes, compensation and benefits processes or employee relations related work.
    At least 2 Years of Experience in HRM.
    Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required.
